We loved everything about this hotel. From the spacious and clean room to the superb breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and even called an Uber for us. Additionally, the hotel's location near the city center made it easy to walk to restaurants and other attractions.

This hotel provides the perfect escape from the busy city life and allows for a reconnection with nature. the surrounding lush green fields and diverse fauna creates a peaceful atmosphere. the location, nestled in the heart of the jungle, is ideal for those looking for an immersive experience. the service is prompt and cordial, while the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

One minor drawback is that the hotel does not offer CNN as part of their television channels.

The pool was very refreshing and the room was quite clean. the staff was courteous and polite. the hotel was located near a shopping center, which was very convenient for us. the breakfast was delicious and provided a diverse selection.

The front desk service left much to be desired. We experienced difficulty checking in on our first day, and the staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional.

This hotel exceeded our luxury expectations. the spa and wellness centre provided exclusive amenities such as full body massages and body wraps. the outdoor swimming pool offered a spa lounge with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a garden area. the restaurant served special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area offered drinks by the poolside.

The only minor issue was the lack of information about the hotel and local facilities. We had trouble communicating with the staff who didn't speak English.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was delicious. Additionally, the pool was a great bonus and a nice place to relax.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center and there wasn't much within walking distance. The restaurant was also not a great option for lunch or dinner. it was a decent stay for a city break, but it may be worth considering a hotel closer to the city center for easier access to restaurants and sights.
